So Addi turned 9 today can you believe it? Addi loves the show Wizards of Waverly Place on Disney Channel. It's kind of like Harry Potter only the wizard is a girl named Alex. Anyway, Addi wanted to have a Wizard party this year with her friends. I really get excited planning a birthday party for my kids because I get to be creative and have so much fun doing it. So I looked on-line to get some ideas and decided that we were going to have a Wizard School. So each "Wizard" had to pass off certain tasks to become a true Wizard by the end of the party. So in each picture I will explain what we were doing to accomplish our goals of becoming Wizards.
Casting Spells: Making our potion bubble by saying a spell (added dry ice)
Pouring ingredients into pot to make a potion. (Dragon snot, unicorn tongues, 100 year old dust, water from a bitter well, etc.) Our potion turned into ice-cream!
Creating their own spell and presenting it to the class
All Wizards attending Wizard School
Magician Nate showing them magic tricks and then teaching them one
Dipping Pretzel Wands since Addi doesn't like birthday cake
Since we had no cake we lit Sparklers and sang Happy Birthday outside
Eating our homemade ice-cream from putting ingredients into our pot at the beginning of school
Aunt Starlee and Grandma Sandy
Sweet Sisters
Addi's present from Mom & Dad
Happy Birthday Sweetheart! We love you so much and our so glad that you are a part of our family! Hugs & Kisses, Mom, Dad, Kylie, Laycee, & Bella
